process

If you are interested in a bluebird invitation, the first step is to contact us, at which point we will give you a kick-off questionnaire to help us learn more about your event. This will be followed up by emails and or

phone calls.

Please be aware that the creative process takes time. For weddings in particular we need to be contacted SEVERAL months in advance to give you a well-branded, cohesive system. It is important that we begin the design process early. Depending on the complexity of the chosen concept, production alone could take from several weeks to several months. Special printing processes and the handmade aspect is time consuming. An early start ensures every detail is closely monitored and avoids rush charges.

As a general rule, save the dates should be mailed 6-8 months before the wedding date.

Wedding invitations should me mailed out 6-8 weeks before the

event date.

It is important to note that your estimate will include reply cards being stamped with proper postage; however, you are responsible for stamping and mailing the final sealed product from your hometown. This is important so that you are able to hand-cancel stamp the invitation from your specific town. It is crucial that you take the final invitation to your local post office to get an exact weight in case your invite needs

extra postage.

Please contact us for more information, as the custom aspect of the designs will most likely require a tailored response.
